The objective of the training is to give you the necessary resources so that you will be able to adjust your workstation, no matter where you will be working and no matter what equipment you will have.
Durant cette formation d'une durée approximative de 45 Min, on vous présentera dans un premier temps les principes ergonomiques à respecter lors du travail à l'ordinateur, puis dans un 2e temps, comment appliquer ces principes à l'ajustement de différents types de postes de travail ou différents équipements.
