Modern slavery is a serious and widespread global issue that affects millions of people worldwide and can occur in any country or industry. Every organisation has a responsibility to understand modern slavery, recognise risks within its operations and supply chains, and take steps to prevent exploitation and protect human rights.
This eLearning course has been developed by the Slave-Free Alliance, a social enterprise owned by Hope for Justice, a global non-profit organisation dedicated to ending human trafficking and modern slavery. The course provides essential awareness training, helping you understand what modern slavery is, the different forms it can take, and why it is relevant to organisations and employees at every level.
Through real-world insights and practical guidance, you will explore common and hidden forms of exploitation, recognise subtle signs of control, understand organisational risks, and know what to do if they have concerns or need advice.
