This training is intended for all ABI employees.
• To recognize the signs and behaviors that can lead to violence and harassment, as well as ways of preventing such behaviors.
• To know what to do in the event of violence or harassment, including how to report incidents, who to talk to about them, and how to obtain help.
• Understanding the importance of a work environment that is respectful and inclusive of all employees, and how to promote such an environment by demonstrating respect, civility and professionalism.
