CRIMINAL LIABILITY OF ORGANIZATIONS IN OHS
The criminal liability of organizations is a fundamental principle of occupational health and safety. This training course will give you a clear understanding of the employer's obligations and the worker's rights within an organization. You will learn about the requirements of the Act to amend the Criminal Code (criminal liability of organizations), commonly known as Bill C-21, in Canada, and which concern workers, managers and company executives.
