Year after year, falls are among the leading causes of workplace deaths. This training addresses the main situations that expose workers to the risk of falls and includes the basic principles and techniques of fall protection to recognize and prevent potential hazards associated with working at heights.

Workplace violence and aggression can take many forms and pose serious risks to employee safety, wellbeing, and organisational culture. This eLearning course raises awareness of workplace violence and aggression, focusing on prevention strategies and appropriate responses to help protect yourself and others.
The course provides you with an understanding of who may be at risk, the types of threats that can arise, and how individuals may respond physically and psychologically in high-stress situations.
You will explore concepts such as fear, adrenaline response, fight-or-flight reactions, and practical de-escalation techniques, helping you respond calmly, confidently, and safely if confronted with aggressive behaviour.

Fire extinguishers are first response tool allowing to act on incipient fire. The source of a fire may vary, and using the wrong extinguisher type can not only be ineffective, but can, in some cases, aggravate a situation. This training covers the fire extinguisher types, and explains how to use them and maintain their good condition.

Lift trucks are now used everywhere, in all sectors, to handle heavy loads. The worker must therefore know the good practices to apply when using them.

As part of this training, you will learn more about the several types of lift trucks, accident causes, stability principle, operator safety, and general safety rules of the equipment.

As part of this training, you will learn more about the main risks of falling and the means of control, the life-saving procedure and the risks associated with hanging, as well as the inspection, adjustment, and maintenance procedures of personal fall protection equipment.
