RECOMMENDED PREREQUISITE TRAINING: * FALL PROTECTION AND PREVENTION - INTRODUCTION (SLIPS, TRIPS AND FALLS) * FALL PROTECTION AND PREVENTION - LADDERS AND STEPLADDERS Any worker having to work at heights should know the risks associated with his tasks, and know what means of protection to use, to prevent incidents. As part of this training, you will learn more about the main risks of falling and the means of control, the life-saving procedure and the risks associated with hanging, as well as the inspection, adjustment, and maintenance procedures of personal fall protection equipment.

Durant la formation, vous apprendrez les connaissances clés en ergonomie de bureau : risques ergonomiques, trouble musculosquelettique, principes ergonomiques à respecter au bureau, etc.

Vous apprendrez comment réaliser les ajustements au poste de travail en respectant les principes ergonomiques et ce, peu importe l’environnement de travail et les équipements;

Vous développerez des stratégies pour intervenir efficacement et positivement auprès des collègues de travail en favorisant la responsabilisation et l’autonomie.


Suite à la formation, le participant aura en sa possession plusieurs outils pratiques, capsules informatives et documents de référence afin de le supporter dans la réalisation des interventions.

Les modules 1 et 2 (e-learning), permettent au participant de développer son œil ergonomique dans des contextes de travail variés. L’approche de formation mise sur la compréhension des principes d’ergonomie et ce, dans toutes sortes de situations, par des exemples variés et non spécifiques à la réalité de leur entreprise. Cette stratégie permet d’avoir un regard neuf et de diminuer les biais liés aux expériences passées.

Le participant sera en mesure d’identifier les risques ergonomiques présents à un poste de travail (module 1). Il sera en mesure de prioriser les postes sur lesquels agir en fonction du niveau réel de risque et d’élaborer des solutions basées sur les déterminants du risque (module 2).



En option, le module 3 est offert en présentiel. Il permet aux participants de consolider les apprentissages des modules 1 et 2 et développer leurs connaissances pour concevoir ou corriger un poste, un outil ou un équipement à partir de repères ergonomiques reconnus. Ce volet de la formation est personnalisé à la réalité de votre entreprise, via des études de cas et des exemples tirés de votre milieu.

Le choix de la protection est une étape cruciale où nous devons appliquer la meilleure solution possible pour éliminer le risque. Une démarche d’analyse de risque doit alors être entreprise à cette étape afin de cibler tous les moyens nécessaires à la réduction du risque.
Au cours de cette formation, vous pourrez prendre connaissance de toutes les étapes de l’appréciation du risque, apprendre à établir le bon choix de protection en fonction de cette appréciation, et appliquer les règles de conception de gardes enveloppants et à angles rentrants.
