This eLearning course raises awareness of workplace violence and aggression, focusing on prevention strategies and appropriate responses to help protect yourself and others.
The course provides you with an understanding of who may be at risk, the types of threats that can arise, and how individuals may respond physically and psychologically in high-stress situations.
