Workers in these establishments are exposed to very varied risks. Participants are invited to choose the path that concerns them more specifically: risks in the food service, those in the care departments or even in the maintenance and upkeep department. Each course focuses on the risks associated with their tasks as well as the safety behaviors to adopt to adequately protect themselves. A module also covers risks common to all workers in the establishment.
