The objective of the training is to give you the necessary resources so that you will be able to adjust your workstation, no matter where you will be working and no matter what equipment you will have.
During this 45-minute training session, we will first present the ergonomic principles to be respected when working with a computer. Then in a second step, how to apply these principles to the adjustment of different types of workstations or different equipment.
