This eLearning course has been developed by the Slave-Free Alliance, a social enterprise owned by Hope for Justice, a global non-profit organisation dedicated to ending human trafficking and modern slavery. The course provides essential awareness training, helping you understand what modern slavery is, the different forms it can take, and why it is relevant to organisations and employees at every level.
Through real-world insights and practical guidance, you will explore common and hidden forms of exploitation, recognise subtle signs of control, understand organisational risks, and know what to do if they have concerns or need advice.

This discipline implies that risks are treated methodically in order to reduce and control the probability of feared events, as well as their possible impact.

Job Safety Analysis (JSA) is a method of anticipating and analyzing hazards and risks in the workplace. It is a rigorous process, a tool to be favoured by any worker who is about to perform a task, and it usually takes only a few minutes to complete. It raises team awareness of the importance of health and safety, identifies risks by breaking down tasks into steps, develops accident prevention tools, and encourages the adoption of an occupational health and safety culture. It also helps prevent serious accidents and save lives.

ESG is often used in the context of investing, stakeholders include not just the investment community but also customers, suppliers, and employees. All of them are increasingly interested in how sustainable an organization’s operations are. During this training, you will learn about how ESG is integrated in business processes.

During the training, you will learn key knowledge in office ergonomics: ergonomic risks, musculoskeletal disorders, ergonomic principles to respect in the office, etc.

You will learn how to make adjustments to the workstation while respecting ergonomic principles, regardless of the work environment and equipment;

You will develop strategies to intervene effectively and positively with work colleagues by promoting accountability and autonomy.


Following the training, the participant will have in their possession several practical tools, information capsules and reference documents to support them in carrying out the interventions.

Universal Lockout
This training course teaches students how to safely apply the lockout process according to Chantier Davie procedures to identify hazardous energy risks, lockout, unlockout, and restart equipment upon completion of work.

Naval Lockout
This training addresses the specifics of lockout in a naval context, where energy risks persist throughout construction or repair projects. Participants will learn how to integrate lockout while taking into account the unique realities on board ships.

Understanding your employment rights is key to creating a fair and compliant workplace, especially with major UK law changes coming in 2026 and 2027. It’s important for businesses and employees to stay informed and prepared.
This course breaks down the key updates in the Employment Rights Act 2025 (ERA), including changes to sick pay, parental leave, harassment protections, and unfair dismissal rules. It also covers new trade union rights, the Fair Work Agency, and what steps employers should take to prepare.
By the end, you’ll feel confident in your rights and responsibilities, and ready for what’s ahead.

This training aims to develop the ability of workers and supervisors to proactively identify hazards in their work environment. Participants will learn to analyze risks, apply preventive measures, and effectively use the Hazard Identification (IDT) logbook. The objective is to strengthen safe behaviors and contribute to a sustainable health, safety, and environment (HSE) culture on site.
