The way you welcome a new employee into a new role will have an impact on their commitment to their health and safety, and that of their colleagues. This training session will introduce you to best practices for promoting occupational health and safety to employees in their new tasks.
At the end of the session, you'll be able to apply a simple, effective approach to welcoming and safely integrating a worker into a new position.
This training will be useful not only for welcoming new employees, but also for transferring employees between different teams within your organization.
