Modules 1 and 2 (e-learning) allow participants to develop their ergonomic eye in various work contexts. The training approach focuses on understanding the principles of ergonomics, in all kinds of situations, through varied examples that are not specific to the reality of their company. This strategy allows you to have a fresh perspective and reduce biases linked to past experiences.
The participant will be able to identify the ergonomic risks present at a workstation (module 1). He will be able to prioritize the positions on which to act according to the real level of risk and to develop solutions based on the determinants of risk (module 2).
As an option, module 3 is offered in person.
